Talking My Joneses Are coming to an end
My Joneses are coming to an end for now at least.
My Kilt from Kathy Lare is nearly finished, I go for my fitting Tuesday afternoon, to see if there will be any adjustments needed to the kilt before I bring it home. If all goes well, considering I am down 18lbs since my original measure, I will be able to bring it home Tuesday. My Acient 9 yard Gordon Tank will be home soon. I so Happy. Now I just need to put money away for the Kit to go with it.

To let you all know the jones are over for now. I got the Kilt home Tuesday the fitting took about 2 hours I had lost 3 inches from my waist and hips so all the buckles had to be moved rather significantly but I now have my first tank a beautiful 16oz Strome wool kilt in ancient Gordon pleated to set. I will try and get you all pictures of it soon. Now I just need to buy my accessories for it like a kilt belt and buckle, a sporran, leather sporran straps, and a kilt pin. Not to mention an Argyl with waist coat and a pocket watch. and a good head shave to clean up my appearance.
