My new Flamingo kilt

No, I know- there are no pics- yet. But there will be tomorrow.

So- onto the story and review: I bought a pair of Ghillie brogues in size 11.5, which is my size. They were way too tight on my clodhoppers of feet. So about 6 weeks ago, I offered them on this board for sale or trade. Our own Sydnie came to me with an offer I couldn't turn down- a new Flamingo kilt for my shoes. Needless to say, I readily agreed. I got my lovely new Flamingo in the mail today, and let me tell you- Syd has a customer for life here! I have been a fan of Amerikilts for several years, but this lovely number is far and away a much better product for the same price. The material is softer, and I have been sitting in it for about an hour now, and there are no wrinkles that don't simply fall out when I walk. The craftsmanship is excellent to my eyes. There are only two minor problems, but I knew about them prior to shipping, and they don't really bother me- I bring them up because they illustrate Sydnie's dedication to customer service. She offered me several solutions before I ever had the chance to complain!

Also, I have a pair of hose toppers from her. I will be wearing those along with my new kilt to a get together with two friends tonight. Pictures will follow tomorrow.
