The width of the stripes, and layout, on my tie are a bit different. But the colors are more or less the same.
As far as I know this is not an actual regimental tie. It doesn't match any that I am familiar with in any case. As I said, I found it in a discount clothing store in Charleston, SC, and was very happy that it matched the kilt so well!

| It's not from Ben Silver, is it Matt? Their North American headquarters are in Charleston. Ben Silver produces a number of regimental ties.
