    The thing says "Chevalier (Quality and Craftsmanship)" but it doesn't say where it was made - I suppose in the UK.

    I could be Golly in disguise?

    I only watched the first few of Monarch, then I had something else on when it was being screened, so I've missed the rest. I had wanted them to produce the book (being something of a Compton Mackenzie fan), but they only really took the title and the location; still, it was funny enough in its own right and quite addictive - pity I only managed to get in most of one series - and a wry comment on Scottish society.
