    New Kiltsrock.com shirt color selection

I'm looking for new ideas as to which color combinations I should go with for the next round of kiltsrock.com shirts. I'm asking here b/c you guys ( and gals) have a damn good idea what colors go with yout kilts.

The most popular color combination ( provided it is not completely repellant)will be sent off for printing in two weeks, and one of the people suggesting a combination will get one of the shirts free!

    thanks, everyone!
    KT

Dark green and navy are the base colors in a lot of kilts, so you may want to use tshirts in one of those colors.

Red, White and Yellow are pretty common color(s) of the stripes in a kilt, so you may want to use one of those for your logo.

I second Rocky's suggestion of Dark green (think of your Blackwatch green, Kilted KT) with Red lettering.

You will probably do well if you have one choice from a warm pallette and one from a cool one -- and choose colors which are easy to match. Red may look good, it's a bear to match (one nearly always looks orange or pink next to another one).

I like black with white writing (easy and neutral / cool which will go with most palettes), but since black can be hard to match to a black kilt, use a dark charcoal.

Dark (hunter or forest) green or a navy blue would be good cool choices (again with white writing). Dark, smokey versions of the colors will be easiest to match.

Use any "fall" color with cream writing for a warm palette shirt to go with the kilts in those schemes.
