New Maple Leaf tartan kilt
Hi all,
I went just to receive my new kilt from Cairngorm (Hector Russell) in Toronto.
This kilt is reserved for special occasions.
I opted for Maple Leaf because I'm a Canadian from the province of Quebec that will stay in that beautiful country for at least 15 years.
Here myself dressed with it in an Argyle configuration.

Looking good parpin. Any chance of a closeup of the tartan?

A fine looking kilt, Cairngorm does have a wonderful selection of merchandise. Congratulations on the new kilt.

I just ordered my Maple Leaf from CCK...E-mailed Pete Mac Hummel about 5 minutes ago...Can't wait and BTW, I was inspired by Grant's photos...I just hope someone throws in one of those black maple leaf t-shirts in an XL.

Great looking kilt sir, you wear it well. You know - this tartan is getting as popular around here as Isle of Skye these day.

Interesting thought, sounds like a new poll.

Yeah, well, I'm the president of the Carolinas chapter of SOKS and I'm still waiting, too...
You'll be thrilled with it - Pete's handiwork has quickly become my favourite kilt. I travel to Houston semi-regularly (to the Shepherd / Dallas / Dunlavey area), maybe on my next trip down we can have a Maple Leaf pint raising ceremony.

I second that!
In Soviet Russia, kilt wears you.
