    New Newsome box pleat

    Good day rabble!

I have been hinting at this for a couple of weeks, and with the box arriving yesterday, it is time to strap on my latest kilt.

As always, many thanks to Matt for creating this masterpiece and all I can say is that it fits wonderfully!

As you can see, everything about this kilt spells quality. Matt does fine work even fitting an odd shape like mine!

And now the requisite pleat shot.

the one pleat kicking out is my fault for sitting on it wrong all day. I assure you it sat correctly before then. Like many, I am still practicing my sweep!

A further review will come later.

That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Looks great Mike congrats on the new kilt, you'll have to wear this one for a bit before going back to pants, oh and nice hose and garters ties too.

Its a very nice kilt and you can see the pride in your face.I am wanting to get a box pleat too. I have nothing holding me back otherthan prefering to be measured by the maker themselves, I am paranoid about measuring myself wrong.

    Congratulations.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

    That's a wonderful looking kilt!

I also like your choice in hose and garters, well done!
