    A new Stillwater kilt

When does one have too many kilts? I find these things much more comfortable than blue jeans, although maybe not always as functional. (I would not want to crawl under a car to change the oil in a kilt!)

With that being said, here is my latest addition from Stillwater kilts. It is in the Black Stewart tartan. This tartan has a special place in my heart as it was the very first tartan I had a kilt in. That kilt has since been donated to my nephew and he is wearing it in good health. So when Stillwater offered the kilt again in wool, I jumped all over it…

I expect that this kilt will be worn quite a bit!

SWK Standard Black Stewart was my hubby's first kilt as well (and for the moment, his only kilt until he's finished losing weight). I saw that tartan in the Heavyweight option recently and was very happy. Although there are other kilts and tartans he wants when he's finished losing weight, I would love to make sure he has a Black Stewart to wear. It's such a handsome tartan!

It looks much better in your pic than what Stillwater has posted on the web. Kinda ironic in that I actually flipped a coin as to what my next kilt purchase from SWK would be to. So this morning at 5:30am, I flipped a coin: heads for Black Stewart/tails for the Green Shadow tartan......tails won! I'm glad I settled on the Green Shadow tartan because I need a good Irish kilt for some functions as well. I expect within 3 days I'll have that baby in my closet as well.

But I now know what my next kilt purchase will be....thanks for the pic....looks great!

    I like the whole outfit:

    Kilt, very nice!
    Funny shirt, well done.
Black hose and red garters, nice choice!
