    New X-Kilt manual link

Since the original hosting link is dead, and may have been dead for quite a while, I put the manual up on my server space at the Big U.

That will remain good for as long as I'm employed in this department...which hopefully will be a while! This is to the 2nd Edition of the manual. The link is also in the X-Kilt thread in the DIY forum.
