New years day in Seaside!!!
Elva and I decided to spend the day at the coast, so we went to Seaside.
Heavy rain on the way down but only a few sprinkes there, with a light breeze.
We stopped to get me a Double Americano in a 8oz cup, then off to the sea shore.
On the way a man in peach colored shorts was comming our was.
The man "I am peach colored today"
My self asking THE QUESTION " arn't your knees cold?"
The man answered " how about you"
My self asking "Don't you get the same stupid question a lot?"
The man " yes! I just tell them, hands, chest and head are the places where you lose the most body heat"..
The man then said as he walked away " If you want to know whats under the kilt you will just have to look".
He went his way and we went our way and had a long walk south along the
promanode.
We the had worked up an appetite so we drove to Bill's tavern for food and a beer. As We were sitting and enjoying, three young men strolled in and sat in another booth. One of them was wearing a Black UK. "Boy was I suprised"
As we were leaving I went over to them, shook his hand as told him he was the very first kilted man I had ever seen on the coast and he seemed happy. We chatted a bit and I told him now there are two of us, then we left.

Sounds like a good day, I think it's always nice to see someone kilted, no matter what you are wearing.

Looks like you had a wonderful time. Did you inform the other kiltie of X-Marks?

I've yet to see another kiltie. Though, I am certain it will happen at some point.
