It is nice to be noticed

Yesterday Evla and I went to Costco to resupply. I was wearing my Scotish National kilt and a black shirt. As we got to the checkout stand the woman checker asked me "is that a new kilt?" I didn't reconize her, but I guess she rembered me as the man in a kilt. We only go to Costco once every two or three months.
This particular Cosco is a new store and is suppose to be the largest Costco in the world.(for what ever that is worth) Anway she rembered me out of the thousands of customers she must see every day. She said she really liked the green colors. I said it was the Scottish National tartan and It was not new kilt but maybe she had not seen it before.
Anyhow it felt good to be rembered by an almost stranger as the guy in the kilt, or may be is was just my good looks!

Most people I run into who have seen me before with the kilt seem to remember the last one I wore, and often inquire about the one I am wearing at the time.
