    Nightstalker Origin

    Hi everyone,

    Does anyone here know the origin of the Stillwater Nightstalker tartan?

    I was under the impression that the gentleman who owns Stillwater had Nightstalker made up as a sort of a Stillwater speciality. Some of the folks who have more background in the tradition of the tartans may be able to point to some trad tartans that it might be based upon...seems like a lot of tartans are based on variations and combinations from other tartans.
