No Pockets - What do I do with my hands?

I understood that for the male kilt wearer it was:

on even numbered days and:

If you see my hands go into my pockets you can bet they'll be right put with a knife, light or something the goes bang. Pockets are for storing tools not hands. Besides mine are always busy doing something or other.
