One Way TO BE Teased, and one Not

Last weekend I attended our local Ren Faire http://www.ishpemingrenfest.com/ and I really got teased and people and especially kids made fun of me. Now you might think that is not good at all, BUT I wasn't wearing a kilt. I was the court jester and had the pointy, curled toed shoes, multi color tights, jester hat with 3 pointy parts, and the whole costume.

It was fun, and I made jokes right back at the kids. I really got a couple of teen boys but I won't say how here as it wouldn't be appropriate. I had stilts that were about a foot and a half off the ground for the shoe level, and just joked around and made a fool of my self.

So after wearing clothes like that, nothing will phase me if I ever get any "bad" kilt comments. This week I have been selling clocks at our county fair in the booth that I built, and I am wearing a kilt. So far, no comments either positive or negative, and only a few odd looks. Keep kilting everyone!

And there's nothing wrong with that... as long as you don't start mixing the pointy shoes and fancy tights together with the kilt!

Now, let's see. The joke was on me (or you). But, the joke was on them. Then it was a joker to them and it was a joke to you (or me). So, with the joke being on us it was about them and the joker was really just joking.
Ouch! My funny bone just hit !
A kilt is a wonderful wardrobe anchor and staple for daily wear.
