    Phone message

    Greetings kilted brethern,

Just heard an interesting phone message in regards to my neighborhood meeting tonight. It was from a dear lady who gets rather nervous while leaving phone messages. She made the comment about liking my kits, and said she hoped that I would be wearing it (for sure I am). Without a pause she said that one of the discussions would be about the characters in the neighborhood.

The topic is the Character of the Neighborhood in changing times. Oh well I guess I am a character.

Of course, I know that I am a character, kind of like a landmark, pretty soon may even be a historical landmark.

    Glen,

I hope you are not a fictional character, or you may get flattened when somebody closes the book. But thinking about it, who would close the book if there was a kilted character in it?

GMan, you ought to get yourself a business card that says, "Character" or "Man in a kilt" or something similar. That would be such a fun way to introduce yourself.

I've got several ideas churning inside my head, as of yet nothing concrete.
