Pictures of myself and my family in our kilts!

First picture is of me in my full dress outfit, I really like the green jacket since it goes so well with my kilt. Bought it second hand in Scotland, too bad it's almost too small for me now.

Second picture is of my cousins and my cousin's boyfriend. Typical family picture, captures each person's personality perfectly.

Last one is of the kilt wearers in our family posing for a picture.

Great photos Chris, thanks for posting them it's nice to put a face to the name.

I like all of your photos but the last one of your whole family is a great one.
I especailly like it because of the setting.
    Well done!

I like the jacket. Looks like most of the guys are wearing the same tartan. Is that right

If this is the men's department, where are the kilts?

That's very cool! My brother, Turpin, posts here, and my nephew, Seamus, used to. I was the laggard in the family when it came to kilting. Nice to see another family affair.

Great pics! The location looks vaguely familiar, up in Riding Mountain NP?

Opposite end of the province those pictures were taken at Falcon Lake in Whiteshell provincal park. My uncle owns a resort out there and my cousin got married there last summer.

Yes, the the red tartan is the Christie tartan which is a sept of the Farqurharson clan. I just really prefered the green tartan over the red one, again as green is more of a "nature colour" than red, so it went with my personality.
