a) trying to find a kilt similar to the Flame Kilt from Pittsburgh Kilts or
b) was trying to find out how it was made so as to do it themselves

I don't like the look of the flame kilt from SportKilt (Translators note: this "flame kilt" would be the alternative to the aforementioned "Pittsburgh Kilt" which is black and yellow).
