    pockets on amerikilts

I was sort of wondering about how hard it would be to add cargo pockets to an Amerikilt...disregarding the obvious question about matching the fabric...

It having been about a year since I saw a Utilikilt, I don't remember...are the pockets sewn down all the way around, or just on the top so that they swing a bit, or what?

Boy, I sure use ellipses a lot...

Utilikilt originals have the pockets stitched only at the top so they swing when walking and hang when sitting. The workman's has similar side pockets and rear pockets that are stitched three sides. The survival kilt has detatchable side pockets with both snaps and a belt loop.
