Proof of Life
Hey Gents,
After four months in the BIAP with no freekin internet, our IT finally got it together and we are up and running...I managed to sign on once in August during my long awaited leave, but was busy catching up on everything else to post any threads or replys, (my apologies).
I like being here and just wanted to say hello after such a long time away...I would post a picture as proof of life if I could figure out how to navigate this web-site.
Anyway, great to be back and hope all is well with everyone.
Best Regards,

Welcome back. You haven't missed much - Panache got himself a pink kilt and went sporran hunting, Riverkilt and Hamish are giving away their unworn kilts, Pour1Malt's successful suit against the Scottish Tourism Board led to his buying their vacant office in Dumfries and turning it into a small distillery, CCGA3359 has taken to wearing a rubber chicken as a fowl-face sporran - just the usual goings on.
Okay, only three out of the five happened.
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.
