Pulled the trigger, now i wait
I just ordered my 1st WPG Cameron and Glenngary. Now i wait. i know the jones isnt as long as if i was waiting for a kilt to be made, but a jones is a jones is a jones.......

Congratulations I've a WPG Gordon that is my go to kilt in the winter though I don't think i could wear it any other time, it's like a sauna inside one.

Thats my plan, but that means i only get to wear it about 3 months out of the year

You will not likely be unhappy with your purchases. I have a Gordon like McMurdo's, and it's a great kilt in the winter. Besides that, WPG is a great supplier and a fast shipper.

Man Mcmurdo I dont have anywhere near that snow. Here IN sunny South Carolina, we get snow about once every decade if the weather patterns hold.
But it does get a bit windy. I plan on dressing this up a little with a jacket that is getting modded as we speak. Its to be my nice kilt for the winter. As i am still unsure of my Scottish history , or lack there of. I am waiting to either buy a tartan kilt when i get the facts sorted out, or a nice tweed kilt, in the event i find out i am only Scottish in my heart
The other plans i have for this is a Military Re-enactment this Nov.
The kilt is not period correct, but its the best i can do, and still get wear out of it.
