That was QUICK! (SWK Nightstalker arrived!)

I now own a gen-yew-wine modern kilt. The Stillwater Kilts Nightstalker I ordered Saturday arrived Tuesday. I was astounded by the short delay betwixt ordering and recieving my first kilt.

Now it's here, I now realize I must either abandon my plans to lose weight or begin saving up for a smaller one right away. These kilts seem to run larger than advertized (YMMV). On the bonus side, they do seem to offer more choices when you're not ordering the biggest one they make.

Don't forget, it is possible to get kilts taken in if you lose weight. Depending on the kilt, and the cost of the tailoring work, it may be worth it to get a new one (int he case of a SWK, the dent to the pocket isn't bad). I have 3 SW kilts... one is for when I lose weight, as I ordered a smidge small on accident. How's the Nightstalker? I am curious, as I have contemplated that one for a while. Pity I don't see it as a heavyweight... that would be really neat. If you like the standard, and can spring for one, the heavyweights are pretty nice.

Actually the minimum size is the one ordered. example 44 will go up to about 45.5 inches.

The Nightstalker was my first "real" kilt. I still wear it fairly regularly and love it. The black and white/grey go with a wide range of acccessories and the cost and customer service by Jerry are excellent. It would be nice to see the NS offered in his heavy weight line.

WOW!! Really?? I'm getting ready to order a pair of SWK's and that's really impressive. Now I can't wait and just might have to put them on my CC. That's just really cool......

I hadn't seen one in the wild but they photograph well if you give them Guinness to calm them down enough to hold still. O'Neille
