Reversible kilt
I came across something Ebay I have never seen or heard of before:
http://cgi.ebay.com/MENS-REVERSIBLE-...em180049322197
"Up for bids is a Scottish reversible quality made man's kilt in 100% Pure New Wool.
Label reads "THE SCOTCH HOUSE - LONDON, EDINBURGH, PARIS" in excellent condition
Colors are mainly black on one side with red tartan/plaid pleats - Reversible side is mainly rust color with red tartan/plaid pleats
General Style: Pleats around the kilt / skirt. Pleats are sewn down below the waistband. Flat overlapping panels in the front with fringe and opening on the right side. Has four buttons down right side. Both sides of kilt carry an extra button - black, rust.
Measurements : Waist measures approx 36"
Length : approx. 30" "
It's an interesting concept, although the execution of this one is a bit....unique. Anyone familiar with anything similar?

That's a little different! Looks a bit skirtish to me though.

It's wierd. It uses Stuart stripes, but it doesn't repeat. I'd like to see this worn, to see how it looks while somebody is wearing it.

Considering its appearance and 30-inch length, it could be a kilted skirt.

At a 30" drop I'd say this is a ladies skirt.
Or perhaps a kilt for someone 7'3".

I wear the kilt because: Swish + Swagger = Swoon.

I have a reversible jacket
But at that length I'm not tempted!
And "The Scotch House" - they must usually be dealing in whisky!

That apron is about as wide as a Utilikilt's. I doubt this is a men's kilt. It is an interesting idea, though.

The 30 inches is way wrong.... unless you happen to be Paul Bunyon.

That's different  , but I don't see how that's a mans kilt. A 36" waist with 30" length, how tall do you have to be to wear that?

Sounds like a woman's kilted skirt. Men's kilts usually don't use buttons for fastening. It also is a bit long.
