    Robertson Hunting has landed!

In the words of the immortal Grouch Marx, "Let there be dancing in the streets and necking in the parlor!"

My Hunting Robertson Muted from Celtic Corner Store has arrived. I had to hotfoot it to the post office because I missed the mail carrier, but I now have it in my hot little hands.

First impressions: just the right shade of green...almost mossy...pleated to the red stripe and very well executed. With all due humility, I am gonna look so good in this kilt.

I'll do some photos later as I'm all sweated up from moving my son's stuff home from school...I am not trying this bad boy on until I have showered and shaved; it just wouldn't be right.

Now if that plain kilt belt would ever get here so I can team it up with my new Horsies buckle...that'd be superb.

    Best

    As another Robertson --
    Pictures!
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.

    New Robertson Kilt

Congratulations on your new Robertson! My husband has 3, and I'm trying to convince him to get another. My personal favorite of his is the Robertson Hunting, pleated to the white stripe (Celtic Craft made that one & did a wonderful job), so if that's what you got, I know you'll look splendid in it!
