Rocky called today
When I ordered my U.S. Navy (Edzell) semi-trad. kilt from Rocky just a bit less than 6 weeks ago I told him I was losing some weight and was concerned about the measurements.
He told me he would call when he was ready to start.
That call came this afternoon - My jones will soon be over.

Yes, pictures will be forthcomming, now that I know how to post them.
At least, there will be pictures if I can get my daughter to take them.
Everybody here thinks I'm daft for wearing a kilt, much less posting pictures so hundreds or thousands of people can SEE me in it!

Yes, Rocky is VERY cooperative. He did the same thing for me with my American Heritage casual. I love it and it still fits.

I agree, Rocky Rocks!! I got an email from him two days ago, telling me that my new belt and buckle, Balmoral and cap badge are on the way
Can't wait to see pics of your kilt, did Rocky give you a time frame ?

Sorry, but as soon as I saw this thread title I heard, in my head, "Ay you, Adrian, s'me, Rocky..."

After the phone call, I sent Rocky an email late yesterday with the new measurements. He called me again today to confirm that I really meant 21 inches from my waist to the top of the kneecap. I guess I'm unusually short there.
He says he will make the kilt tomorrow and have it out the door tomorrow night. I already have the shipping notification from the USPS expecting shipping tomorrow. It has to come all the way across the country, but the order for some accessories I placed on Tuesday the 24th was delivered on Friday the 27th, so there is a pretty good chance I'll have it by the end of the week!
