Yes ordered some custom hose, excellent quality. It took a while but was amply warned when I ordered. Worth every penny!!

Re: skye highland outfitters
I have a very well made kilt from Skye Highland. As others have said, it took me awhile to get it.
Have fun and throw far. In that order, too. - o1d_dude

My only 8 yard wool "tank" is from them.
Good service, faster than I expected. Pleasure to work with.
Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Josh is great to work with. I just bought a lightly used box pleated kilt from him through Ebay from his other site Celtic Trading Post.

Never be afraid to venture into the unknown and try something new, you just might learn something and have fun doing it.

Edit...In the interest of full disclosure:
I ordered some custom hand knit hose from Josh in March 2011, I received them the first week of January 2012. Even for custom hose I felt this was just too long. During the whole ordeal Josh was not very communicative, I sent several e-mails with no response. It was quite frustrating. The left stocking is a few centimeters taller than the right. In fairness, the color is right on and the feel of the hose on my feet is quite nice. However, I believe I could have received hose of comparable quality and price from another vendor in more reasonable time frame and with better communication. I won't order from Josh again.

Very similar experience Rondo. I too will not be ordering from SHO again.
