I personally like to wear white rabbit fur with mine. That looks great. I also like black, but black fur is hard to photograph.

It looks awesome doesn't it? I am very impressed with the quality so far. Can't wait to put it on.

What a beautifully made kilt! I'm sure you will wear it with pride.

He has been awesome to work with.
I totally agree. I've been communicating with Josh for several weeks and finally pulled the trigger on my order about a week and a half ago. He's been great!

And seeing the quality workmanship in your kilt tells me that I made a good decision in ordering from him. But I wish you hadn't posted those pictures, because now my jonesing is starting to set in (and I was doing so well before)!

What did you order?

I also had the same feeling when he sent me these pictures. It made the jonesing start all over again!

That is beautiful. A Clark tartan has been on my short list for while. And pleating to stripe was done very well.

Mine was quite a hefty order (by my standards). It was for a custom-weave 8-yard 16-ounce wool kilt, plus some extra tartan material, matching Argyll hose, and a horse hair sporran. These are all, of course, custom-ordered items. And Josh was very helpful along the way.

Depends on the occasion. However, since I typically wear mine in a casual setting, I will go with my skunk sporran. For my formal occasion, I am not sure if I should wear a my skunk or my silver fox. Oh well, either one will look great I am sure.

I am not a big fan of rabbit fur. However, I do have an arctic fox I could use instead.

I guess I should have made my point a little more clear! I was referring more to the colors than the specific fur type. White and black both look really good with the tartan.

You are right! Sorry, I should have noticed that. I think the skunk would look perfect. What do you think?
