So she asked me ...
"Is there Scottish music playing"? I confessed that I could hear none. Eventually understanding the source of her confusion I instructed, "Sometimes they are worn without music".

At our Kilt night last weekend at the Playwright Pub, several of us were standing together listening to the Traditional Irish Music being played when a woman approached us and asked if we were going to be playing next. "No" I replied, "We're Scottish, this is an Irish Pub". She looked serious for a moment then said "Oh", and walked away.
