Spotted a casual kilt in Calgary!

I was riding my Harley up Spiller Road just behind the Stampede Grounds when I spotted a fellow in a black casual kilt out walking his dog. I was in a hurry so I couldn't turn around to chat with him. Someone from Xmarks, perhaps?
