Star Wars Convention
This May is the 30th anniversary of Star Wars and my family is packed and ready. Plane tickets, hotel reservations, and four day passes plus the members only ticket. And I am not bringing a single pair of pants. Just me, four kilts, and hottie chicks with identiy issues, coloring themselves in blue body paint, and naming themselves R'aath or some such. I know it is two months away, but I just finished all the arrangements and I am very excited about it.

Have a great time, and remember - never call the wookie's kilt a skirt.
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.
