Stillwater Does It Again

Last week my Irish Nat fromSWK got here with a few snags(literally). Yes, there were several snags and pulls in the apron. Oh what to do

A couple of emails later Stllwater sends a confirmation new kilt is on the way. It got here to day. And it looks like they inspected it first. They also sent a return shipping label. Any way three cheers for SWK

SWK rocks! I had a big order for some family and one small item wasn't shipped. One email was all it took to have one dropped shipped the next day. Quality products, good prices and the best customer service.

I had a few that I had to return. One they were able to send me a replacement which was perfect. The others than ran out of my size so they promptly gave me a refund, and I will be reordering when my size is available. If it isn't right they take care of you pronto. Best kilt company in the business as far as I'm concerned. Jerry does a great job!

Just sent off a email about Irish Nat from SWK I have the same problem. I'm sure they will take care of the Kilt for me. I have till St. Pattys day till I really really need It. :sad:

Stillwater is an excellent company. I've always been absolutely amazed at their delivery times and the quality of the product for the price. While all my orders have always been flawless, it's nice to know that should something go wrong that they will be willing to take care of it so quickly.

All of the positive comments made me go take a look at their offerings and I just purchased Kilt #8 -- A Black Watch SWK. I'm definitely excited about it and can't wait for it to get here.

I got alook at that Irish Nat. at the SF Bay Area kilt night lat night, andthese 2006's are NICE looking kilts. Much nicer than my 2005. The sewn-down fell makes a huge difference.
