    The Stillwater Time Continuum

I ordered a Thrifty Kilt for this weekends Scottish Games because my Irish National MIGHT be a little snug (a little medical issue going on.... really!).

I placed the order on Sat morning while watching the World Pipe Band Championships. Yesterday.... there was a box containing a Black Watch Tartan ... holy crow! How is that possible?!!??!

Now - I find out yesterday that the USAKilts special I ordered is ready and would be here for the weekend as well... DOH! I wonder if they will hit the same time warp??? LOL

You'd better hope not. Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes! Volcanoes! The dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria!
Why, a child of five could understand this. Quick -- someone fetch me a child of five!

Ya see.. my problem is that to my wife a package is a package.. If I spent $20 or $200... it's "What did you buy now?" with that look of scorn in her eyes... not that I care.. it's just annoying!

Get her some gifts and have them sent to her in packages.

Yeah, gifts for her will definitely enhance toleration of mysterious packages arriving.

You're looking at it the wrong way. If you get the same reaction no matter the price, that means you won't get into any more trouble when you order that kilt in the special weave tartan.
Lose something valuable to you and don't know who can help?

Yeah, you know! The worst parts of the Bible. On the other hand... how many registered voters could we save by petitioning Rocky to hold off sending for one day so as to avoid that continuum?
