    Sunday kilted

My wife went with me to a Gun Show today since I'd gone to a quilt show with her last weekend. As usual for a Gun Show most folks were wearing jeans or camo. Several people asked if I'd gone to an event today. I always said yes, I'm at it. A couple of women told me they liked the kilt. I was talking to one vendor about rifles, kilts, the military, and life in general while my wife sat in the sun and warmed up. I looked over at her and she was talking to an older woman like they were big buddies. When I got back over to her I asked who it had been. She said she had seen the woman pass behind me and glance at the kilt. She then came up to my wife and said hi. She indicated me and said how much she like men in kilts. My wife agreed they look good. The woman then said she had always wondered what men wore under a kilt. My wife told her "I don't have to wonder, I know because that's my husband." The woman oohed and then asked what was the answer. My wife smiled and said boot and socks. The woman smiled real big and said you are one lucky woman. All together it was a good day, saw some firearms that were works of art, bought some ammo, and talked to several really nice folks. I've never had anything negative said about the kilt at a Gun Show.

    Tony

That is very cool, glad you had a good time.

Neat story. You are one of those lucky fellows, like me that has a wife that supports us in kilts.

If this is the men's department, where are the kilts?

Very nice. And it's good to have a supportive wife too, I would assume.
