    Swatches of tartan cloth available

I have some (10-12 ?) small swatches of tartan cloth sitting in a drawer which I collected when considering what tartan to have a kilt made in. I saw once that a memeber requested swatches for a display at a scottish/ highland event info tent etc. So if there is any intrest for that I am happy to post.

Just to keep intrest of the rabble a photo of a McNaughton weathered Lochcarron 16 oz 4 y box pleat kilt made by Matt Newsome.

Love the colours and the sporran matches so well. A sort of understated elegance - I like it.

I am sending you a PM, re the swatches.

    Regards

    Chas

Sorry for the tardiness of this reply. A package arrived the other day and inside was the most wonderful array of tartans. All I can say is a very big Thank You to Grae. Harpenden is only a couple of weeks away and this will make a big difference to the display.

    THANK YOU

    Regards

Good for you Chas, a nice collection. I see the Leslie Tartan there too. somewhere on the Forum I saw a recommendation for Tartan rests from Scotweb. I paid 3.75 GBP for 140" x 60" piece. A good bargain. Have fun with yours.
