| | | SWK, resistance is futile
Well, all righty then.
I broke down.
I did it.
Let me lay out for you the current situation---I've been wearing my USAK 13 ounce wool 5-yard leatherneck, my Newsome 16 ounce wool 4 yard leatherneck, my Newsome tweed, and my USAK casual lately. I haven't bought a SWK in a while, in fact, I've sold off a couple of my heavyweights (sigh---the saffron and black shadow tartans are gone baby gone, as is the weathered Lamont . . . ).
But I couldn't resist.
I had the sudden urge, the thrifty-kilts were just sitting there, and everyone knows about Jerry's delivery schedule (right?).
Got a Buchanan thrifty on the way, gents!

Please post a review when you can. I've been thinking about ordering one myself.

I haven't been on their site for a while and I noticed this:
"We also offer our standard kilts in custom waist and length, in any of our stock tartans, pleated to the sett or stripe.
A surcharge will apply, and delivery time could be a month or two, subject to our production schedule. Please contact us for details."
That ought to please Ron. He always wanted custom length.

Happy new kilt....
Is it there yet, me I'm waiting on the Union Kilt, hopefully it will be here soon, and some various accessories.

I have a thrifty in Black Watch, and it's a great jeans kilt, and a great value for the price... but it doesn't hold a candle to the Standard.

That's big news, but I can't find it on the site. Could you post a link?
Best regards,
Jake
