tall kilties?

Hi guys, and to the ladies of course, good evening, right here's the crux of the matter. I have recently purchased a second hand kilt, and I have got my eye on another one, now the puzzling thing is they are both a 28 inch drop, one's a 30 inch waist, was the bloke a basketball player or what?, I'm only 5' 10'', I'm gonna develop a complex at this rate, So, I thought to myself, I know where to start looking for the solution to this mystery of the long kilts, and here I am, any ideas folks?

Are you positive its not a ladies kilted skirt? It sounds too long for a military (high rise) kilt.

well, the buckles are on the right side for a bloke, and there's no size 16 or whatever, and both kilts are by reputable firms, so, I'm still baffled

What tartan are they? And who made them? They could be military kilts.

Some of us blokes have more to be modest about, I'm 5' 11"! Actually I've seen only military kilts on ebay with a similar drop. Ibelieve they were worn quite higher than even the casual traditionalist* wears his.

These kilts must be made to wear just under the nipples because I'm 6'5 and I only have a 23 inch drop. Even with really long legs (i have a long torso) 28 is really long.

Ditto... I'm 6'5" with long legs and I only measure out to a 25 inch drop. Those are some awfully long kilts.

Ditto, Ditto... I'm 6'5" and use a 25.5" drop. Guess 28 isn't that far away... My first econo blackwatch kilt was a 27" drop.

I recall a Durex ad picturing a chap wearing a kilt ankle length. As CCGA 3359 suggested, sometime mid-knee just isn't modest enough.

Not a problem for you though. I've noticed that you sporrans are rather large, just as those overly compensating codpieces of yore.
