tartanlady.com ??
Browsing the clanclause.com site and found that they have, http://www.thetartanlady.com/index.html as their provider of tartan.
A quick search of her site shows hat she is in GA and has a rather large catalog of tartan available. No prices listed however.
Anyone here use her? Is she a reseller of Locharron and Marton mills? Is she the weaver herself? As a Georgia boy, I am always looking for local suppliers. M.A.C. is fairly close, but I was wondering how she has been below our radar here on xmarxs. (which admittedly makes me a little skeptical.

Please note this listing from the Scottish Tartans Authourity.
The Clan Claus Society was formed on 1st June 2008 on the authority of 'Santa Claus' and this tartan was introduced for him and his extended family. Red is the traditional colour for Santa Claus. Green is for the evergreen holly & mistletoe which represent Christmas traditions. The three bands of yellow represent the three bags of gold that St. Nicholas gave the three daughters of the merchant. The two bands of white are for purity and the snow of the North Pole. Weaving restricted to Fraser & Kirkbright of Vancouver.
emphasis mine.

The Tartan Lady specializes in banners and flags for clan tent conveners. I guess she could order just the tartan for you, but you would probably be better served by ordering from one of our sponsors. But the items she creates are fantastic. I got to see several of them and meet her at Stone Mountain. Our own Mael Colium has a twin tartan banner made by her.

I have a very nicely made vertical clan banner by her. And, her delivery period is reasonable and well met.

That would make her then a reseller?
This is quoting from http://www.clanclaussociety.com/Merchandise.html
The Plaid Tartan Design is complete. The fabric has to be woven before we can submit our Tartan Design for Registration. Zellna Shaw’s Company The Tartan Lady located in Lakeland, GA. has been chosen to supply the tartan fabric. Yardage will be available in varying weights 10oz ~ 12oz ~ 13oz ~ 14oz and 16oz with a minimum weave of only 10 yards each, All weaves will be 60” wide. This is one of the main reasons this company was selected to supply our fabric needs. The 10 yard minimum affords the members a choice of weights. Prices vary accordingly and you will be quoted the current fabric price when you place your order. All yardages will be ordered through The Clan Claus Society and must be paid in full before they can be ordered.

HealthBar is right! Zellna Shaw, The Tartan Lady does make a quality product. Besides that she is a delight to work with.
Picture below is the parade banner and vinyl Tartan Tent Banner she made for me. Following is the two-man parade banner she made for Clansman Doug McCallum. We MacCallum Malcolms make her work double duty since both have our own tartan. Zellna is also a member of this forum.

If you're considering kilt-weight material, maybe you should ask Santa Kona and Santa Wally:
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.

Zellna Shaw, The Tartan Lady, is the exclusive supplier of the "Claus of the North Pole" tartan (registered with the Scottish Tartan Authority, ITI # 7869) for the Clan Claus Society. Santa Kona and Santa Wally are both wearing their 13 oz wool Clan Claus kilts in the photo posted by Wompet.
