    They came today

My package from Stillwater Kilts came today. Given the customer service we're used to from Jerry even this was quick. The heavyweight and Nightstalker bothh look great and fit just fine. It's been said before, but deserves to be said again, a great bang for the buck and the best customer service around.

Bubba, do I recall you bought a slight imperfection kilt?
    If so, could you tell?

David, yeah, the Heavyweight was. Frankly, unless you're a real eagle eye and right up against it you can't really tell. The only imperfections I can see are buried inside the pleats. The thing looks just fine. Almost anyone would have sold it at full price, except Jerry and a few other kiltmakers we know well here. Now, see how long it takes to get my jacket and waistcoat from J Higgins.

    Congrats, Bubba!
I have to agree...Stillwater Kilts are probably the best bang for the buck going. I was just chatting with an old friend today and he's seriously looking into ordering a Nightwatch from them. It would be his first kilt.

Not neccesarily. My mail first goes to Oshkosh, then to Green Bay, then Appleton, then finally here. It usually adds an extra day. I think Priority skips the trip to Oshkosh though.

I live in a rural area. In fact, it is so rural that next day service from one shipper takes 4 or 5 days. I got my 2006 standard Irish National from Jerry on a Wednesday after ordering on a Sunday evening.
