    Unexpected request

My boss just called me in to make a "special request." With all the stuff going on I imagined I would be asked to take on another construction project that had gone sour...but no! He asked me to make sure that I wore a kilt, or kilts more, this summer as our summer intern had never seen one in action!!! Is that weird or what! This is the same boss whose knickers were all bunched up when I attended a national meeting of government contractors wearing kilts...as the word got back to him that some potential small business contractors were looking for the booth with the "guy in the kilt."

Will wonders never cease! So tomorrow I'll be out and about in the brown duck UK workman.

I marked this day on the calendar as this boss has cringed more than once when I have worn a kilt to work.

What timing, I just got a call from a contractor to set up a meeting and he asked whether I was wearing a kilt today.

    It must be my biorhythms!

Well you never know, we just got through our busy season at work, my boss told me he would give me overtime hours only if I wore a kilt, it reminded me of the line from Mrs. Brown, I'd have worn it anyway.

It's neat to hear little tales like this.

Wish the Chief would ask me to wear a kilt on patrol. People would be so confused at it that I'm sure that instead of grabbing a gun to shoot each other they would be using Both hands to scratch their heads. That would possibly cud the crime rate here in Memphis.
