Vegas in Kilts

Had a great time last Friday evening. My son, his friend, myself, and our ladies were in Vegas. Kilted, we walked from the Imperial Palace down the strip to NYNY and spent the evening listening to a great Irish band, drinking Guinness at the pub, Nine Fine Irishmen. Lots of good comments, etc. from the folks on the Strip AND a good time in the Pub. Twas a great time! I might have some pics once my wife goes through the many she took in Vegas.

OH NO! Was it only a dream? I don't think so! Not when that young chick told me, "I wish my guy wore a kilt!" (He was standing beside her and just rolled his eyes!) And, my wife just giggled and drew me a bit closer. Oh, what a night......!!

Well, we did see a fellow in the Venetian, I believe, at the casino....VERY tall Scotsman in kilt, just standing with arms crossed. We think he was part of the "set", although what that has to do with Venice, I don't know. Could have been him. But, I'll be happy to take the credit! BTW, I was wearing my Newsome kilt of Red Campbell and my Ferguson Britt sporran, Blackwatch T shirt and bonnet. I felt GOOOOOOOD!!!
