    Of waistcoats and ties

A recent thread had me thinking a bit more about waistcoats and ties, and I'm forwarding this link for those interested. Moderators, please place this in a more proper forum heading if this is not the correct place.

Wow, they have a great selection of ties! Being entitled to wear none of them, though, I would just have to stick to their striped tie selection. I see a couple of them that I really like.

I was admiring their thistle blazer buttons too -- but at that price, I'll have to stick to Three Feathers' offerings. . .

I really love the harris tweed waistcoat.

Alas, as usual, way too big for me.

Thanks Pete, those are good lookin'.

I need to go to a fabric store and feel some moleskin, I'm having trouble putting my mind to if and where I might have seen it used before.

Another super place for ties of all kinds, at really good prices, is The Tie Bar here:

    http://www.thetiebar.com/

They have a ridiculously large selection of all things tie related, and super prices as well.

    Regards,

    Brooke

Yes indeed it is. After much discussion it was adopted earlier this year.

Was it an existing pattern that was adopted by XMTS, or was it created specifically for XMTS?
