    Wales today.

When I opened the curtains this morning, this is how St Davids Day is looking, here in Wales. First priority was to go and put the food out for the birds who were eagerly waiting. To everyone who is Welsh and of Welsh Decent here on X Marks, a very Happy St David's Day to you all. By the way what I am holding in my hand is the bird food not beer. Will have lots of that later!

Yes, wishing you all a happy St.David's Day!

Beautiful pictures, even if the calendar reads spring (?). Though not of Welsh heritage, I would have loved to don my first ever kilt in your honour today. Alas, it is currently sitting in the customs and import in Oslo, but it should be here next week. Boy, are the days of waiting getting longer and harder...

Drat - down here in Dorset we also have bright sun and clear skies - but no snow, not even a frost.

I will probably appreciate that more when I carry my parcel to the Post Office later, but we seem to have been a snow free zone for a decade or more now.

Creating snow dinosaurs and Ruperts used to be fun.

Ah well - I can wear my newly finished yellow kilt for 'Daffy-dilly Day'

Happt Saint Davids day to you Derek. As far as I know I have no Welch ancestry, mostly Scot Irish with a little Carolina Indian, but you never know over here.

Happy St David's day to ya, Derek. By the way, where in Wales are you? I did a little time at RAF Valley on the Isle of Anglesey, in 1989 according to my logbook.

    Hi Derik,

And a happy Dewi Sant day to you.
It has also snowed last night in the mts. of Utah. The skiers are happy because it is fresh powder day. I might Cross Country ski this afternoon after I get the days projects out of the way.

    Derek,

What a joyous St David's Day to you.

The view outside the window looks spectacular, but you look like a natural.

Derek, do you even use your other leg? I only ever see you standing like a crane. ;)

It looks peaceful there, with the snow. Clean and quiet. Happy belated St. David's Day.

    Andrew.

Andrew … It has been mentioned in a thread or two before by others, that my ‘stance’ in my pictures seems to be becoming my trademark... my Jethro Tull look so to speak So who am I to disappoint. I have been known to use my other leg on occasions, as this picture demonstrates . Not brill quality but it will do
