We don't just hear thing like this here...
If you've ever worked in a retail job, or in some other place where you interact directly with the public, you should check out the website notalwaysright.com .
it's devoted to stories about people in all sorts of customer service situations and the crazies they deal with. When I saw this post today I just had to share it here: http://notalwaysright.com/curiosity-...g-tomcat/12847

What? You can't wear a quilt to the Mall?
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Unfortunately, I can easily see where that story could be 100% true. Sounds just like some of the crazy stuff that actually happens.

Being a kilt-wearer AND having worked as director of security for a mall, I can relate. . .

That's one of the greatest kilt stories ever!
I work at Disneyland and anyone who has worked there for a while has stories which cannot be told...
There's a wonderful book, Mouse Tales, a collection of stories such as those in "not always right", gleaned from interviews with Disneyland ex-employees.
