Weekend
What a great weeked I was the only Kilted Irishman at Lord of the Dance
in Baltimore. all went well there very positive responce from all around only one glareing look from so 60 ish woman . we had lunch and dinner out in the Baltimore area always a good positive there. Today I was in the Lancaster
Co area and had a woman at the antique shop as if there was a festival in the area I said I just like wearing my kilt and we had a good conversation from there. I find the more I wear my kilt the more I want to wear it all the time.

This is a fairly common sentiment. The kilt is such a different (and enjoyable) experience for most men, that the desire to wear it more often is quite understandable. Individual circumstances obviously constrain this in practice.

It's very cool to see so many threads appearing on the boards lately talking about the public experiences with kilts and none of them are negative. Glad your's was the same!

Yes, this is a common sentiment, and the more you wear it the more people will expect to see you in it. On my one trousered day since Christmas a casual acquaintance greeted me with "GOOD LORD! TROUSERS! Where's the kilt today!"
