    It's worse when you know it's done and hung up somehow in transit to you, whether this way or in customs or whatever. When you get those messages that "your order has been shipped and here's the tracking number", then you enter the number and the PO of carrier says (sorry, never heard of it" it drives me nuts!

    Ugh! Nearly EVERYTHING I order comes with a tracking number. Either they've never heard of it, or there's no update between the time its picked up, and the time its delivered.

    I can't even count how many times i've been patiently waiting for an update on an item, only to actually have it delivered that day...
