What do you call a group of kilts men?

In a response on another thread, I mentioned "grouping" nouns, as in pride of lions, parliament of owls, crash of rhinos, etc. Which made me wonder...

What do you call a group of men in kilts? A tank? A sett? A link (as in golf)?

I think the best word to describe it is already in use referring to Lions, but we can use it for kilts as well...

Gee wiz, you guys, I just asked that question on another thread a few minutes ago.

Oh well, I’ll suggest an obvious answer. A CLAN!

My grandfather always just used "kilties". I prefer "Ladies from Hell" but he was there so I guess he ought to know.

And he would use both ways: for troops; with a slightly different tone, for "Texan tourists" on High street. (To him, every unidentified American tourist was from Texas.)

I too thought we had voted for a "rabble of kilts".

How about "a regiment of kilts"? Seems to suit, generally...
