    I agree with Lyle1, the kilt looks a bit heavy handed and there seems to be some sort of seam running horizontally across the front apron. (Unless there's a glitch in the photo?) And yes, the prices are kind of high.

    That's the fold-over from the surplus that comes over the waistband.

    I'm forced to agree with others here. The "wee kilt" look is better served by the Celtic Croft offering. As an aside, the " braveheart" kilt at Celtic Croft also looks better than the "battle kilt" on that website.

    Just my opinion of course.
