What jacket is Robetson wearing?

First off I don't know how to get a pic of it but I've seen pics of Robertson wearing a beautiful jacket at Burns night outings and was wandering what it was. It was black with slits down the sleeves and it looks like it was worn with a Jackobite shirt. If the rabble could help it would be great.

Yes. That is it, but Robertsons Looked much more formal. any ideas.
