    what's up with ScottishKilts.net?

I have emailed these folks several times (more than three) in the last week or so and have not heard a thing from them.

I read here that they are very good with customer service but so far I haven't seen it.

Does anyone know if they are still in business or if their email is down? I sent at least one of my "emails" through their contact form on the website...and the website does come up...so I don't think their server is down.

    the same for me:
I was waiting for a jacket and vest for the half of april, for a wedding.
Only after some e-mails they answered me, writing that thay had already answered, but I did not received the e-mail... (difficult, but possible...) and that the jacket would be delivered within the end of april.
    I waited one month more.

Last week I wrote again to know something about my jacket. No answer till the communication of "package delivered) after one week.

The price is good, the quality of the products it is more than good, but the customer service...

P.S. I don't use the phone, because I don't speak english very well and so I prefer to write and read instead of misunderstanding the words by phone.

I've purchased 4, 5yd wool kilts from them in the past. They simply do not respond to e-mails. You eventually get an e-mail that your item(s) has been shipped. All the kilts I purchased were excellent. So, if you are not getting any response I wouldn't worry too much about it. The only thing I can suggest is giving them a call. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again because I know I'll eventually get what I ordered and the quality will be very good.

The jacket and vest arrived yesterday and the quality is really good, especially for the price paid.
I'm sorry for this lack of customer care: they could be one of the best retailer of the net...
