The first places that came to mind were Freedom Kilts and Alt.kilt. However, at first glance I did not see a white fabric option on either site. Nevertheless, it's worth contacting either or both as I am sure they'll be willing to help.

I am sure I have seen a photo of an X-Marker in a white kilt. Who was that?

That is an outstanding picture. I love being reminded how lucky we are to have Mr. Bicknell. I think I was thinking of Riverkilt in a white kilt, though I am not 100% certain.
