would you define this a kilt?

I just found this kilt.

I liked it but would like to have second opinion if this is a kilt. Since is streching the contepory stil or casual style of a kilt a bit.
But it do have pleats! Please let me know what you guys thinks.

It is a contemperary kilt in it has aprons at the front, pleats in the back. It's certainly longer than many's taste but here is an even longer one made by a well respected Scottish kilt maker. If it's your style, go ahead.

I'm 100% in agreement with ya on this one! But as I have said in the past, It's strictly your choice as to what ya choose ta wear, if it fits ya, and the groups ya hang with, go for it!
